The Peace of Mind Check Up is a focused yearly evaluation within selected areas of the home intended to discover potential maintenance issues. this is a limited, visual and non-invasive evaluation. These selected areas include the sub structure crawl space, exterior structure and portions of the interior structure only. this evaluation shall seek to identify specific issues as outlined below.
